Clara Solid Wood Dining Chair - Smoked Oak and Heathered Ivory

These chairs are very nice for the price. Fairly easy to assemble- a little tedious with the allen key for the main bolts and a couple of pieces were mislabeled but still very easy to put together. The ordering process and shipping was very fast and efficient and delivery was on time.

This company is exceptional to deal with and has excellent customer service. One of the boxes with 2 chairs I received was a previously opened box that was sent to me from the warehouse in error. The items were damaged/incorrect packaging etc. I called customer service, a very helpful and polite representative asked me to send pictures and it would be reviewed. That same day, I received an email from management with sincere apologies and the company is sending me 2 new chairs at no cost to me. I didn't have to send back the damaged goods. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Zoya Home. (The table in the picture is not from Zoya Home, but the chairs work great with it!)

For the most part they meet my expectations. I like the fabric and they feel sturdy and solid assembled, and they look nice. The only thing was that the front center hole for attaching the seat was not drilled through on any of the four chairs so we had more of an assembly production than expected. Good thing we have a drill and the right size bit. Otherwise chair pieces are well labelled and assembly is not difficult.

We're very pleased with our new chairs! Very happy that we were able to recently order the final two that we were missing. These chairs feel sturdy yet light, and compliment our dining room table - which is an antique family heirloom - nicely while giving a more open and modern feel to our space. Thank you Zoya for the great chairs, and the helpful email notifications for the final chairs.
