At Zoya Home, we believe delivery should feel effortless. Below you’ll find everything
you need to know about how, where, and when your order arrives.

Free Delivery
- Free delivery promotions apply to select regions in Ontario and Quebec
- To check eligibility, simply enter your postal code at checkout
- Free delivery availability may change based on region and promotion period


Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most areas in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia.
Outside these regions? Email us at service@zoyahome.com and we’ll see what options may be available.


Delivery Options

Choose the service level that fits your needs:
1. Curbside Delivery (Standard) - Our default delivery option.
- Your order will be delivered to the curb, driveway, building entrance, lobby, or loading dock, which means:
- Single-family homes: Delivered near your driveway or entrance
- Townhomes & buildings: Delivered to lobby, concierge, or loading dock
- You are responsible for bringing items inside and setting them up, no stairs or indoor placement is done.
- No unboxing or assembly included.

2. Room of Choice Delivery - Want it placed inside your home? We’ve got you.
- Items are carried into any room of your choice
- No unboxing or assembly included
- Available only in select delivery areas

If you’re unsure which option is right for you or have special access considerations, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.


Delivery to Apartments, Condos & Buildings for Curbside
- Deliveries are made to the lobby, concierge desk, or loading dock
- Some buildings restrict non-resident access; in those cases, delivery will be made to the closest safe drop-off point
- Large items (such as dining tables or sofas) may be delivered to the lobby or loading dock only


Estimated Delivery Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1 business day, often the same day
- Transit Time: Delivery usually occurs within 3–7 business days, depending on location
- Tracking Updates: Provided as soon as your order ships
If it’s been more than 7 business days since shipment and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact service@zoyahome.com and we’ll investigate right away.


Can I Choose a Delivery Date or Time?
At this time, we’re unable to guarantee exact delivery dates or time windows.
We’re actively working with our delivery partners to expand scheduling options in the future.


Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Shipping Insurance
If shipping insurance is purchased and your order arrives damaged:
- We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible
- Photo documentation will be required to process the claim


Missed Delivery
If you miss your delivery, no stress, contact your carrier using the tracking link to reschedule. Rescheduling must be requested within 1–2 days and storage or re-delivery fees may apply if delays extend beyond that window. Rescheduling deliveries are only available to Room of Choice delivery options.


No Pickup Available
Zoya Home operates as a delivery-only business.
At this time, we do not offer in-store or warehouse pickup.


Making Changes to Your Order
Need to update something? If your order has not shipped, contact us and we’ll be happy to help. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible — we ship fast, so we recommend reviewing your order details carefully at checkout.
