Return & Exchange Policy

Change your mind? No problem — but here’s the deal:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with a 10% restocking fee applied. Refunds are issued within 24 hours of the return being processed (minus the restocking fee). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and comes back with all protective materials and parts (yep, even the little screws).

What does it mean “from the day of delivery”

The delivery date is considered the day your order is marked as ‘Delivered’ by the shipping carrier to your home, according to their tracking information.

What if I am past 14 days after delivery?

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we won’t be able to process an exchange or return. We appreciate your understanding!

My order arrived damaged, and I want to return it

We’ve got your back! If your order shows up damaged, just email service@zoyahome.com within 2  days of delivery. Send a few pictures from different angles and distances showing the damage on the product and the box it was delivered in, and we’ll handle the rest!

Important: We can only accept damage claims within 2 days of delivery, so be sure to check your order right away!

How do I get refunded?

Your refund will be processed based on the original method of payment within 24 hours of approval

How long will my refund take?

We work super quickly to get your refund to you!  Returns are processed within 24 hours of your original order making its way back to us. After that, your bank may take a few extra days to post it (every bank is different).

I want to exchange an item I bought

Not feeling your piece? No problem — we’ve got options.
We offer exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date.

Just email service@zoyahome.com and we’ll help you find something you love. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and any additional shipping costs will be confirmed before we move forward — no surprises.

Make sure your item is unused and repackaged in the original box with all parts and protective materials intact. If the packaging’s missing, additional charges may apply — we don’t make the rules (but we do enforce them).

Heads up: exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and your original packaging is non-negotiable — so don’t toss it just yet.

What if I want to Exchange and its been past 14 days?

How should my product look like before I can return it?

To help us process your return or exchange smoothly, we kindly ask that all furniture items be disassembled before being sent back to us. Unfortunately, we don't offer assembly services for returns or exchanges, so we may not be able to accept a return if the item isn’t disassembled. 

Be sure that your item is unused and to repackage your item in the original box to avoid any additional charges.

How long do I need to wait for my exchanged item?

We don’t want you waiting any longer than necessary! As soon as our delivery partners pick up your original order, we’ll ship out your exchanged item right away. Fast, simple, and hassle-free!

What about the shipping or service fee — is that refundable?
Shipping and service fees are non-refundable. This includes, but isn’t limited to, Express Delivery, White Glove, Room of Choice, and Shipping Insurance. A 10% restocking fee also applies to all returns and exchanges.

We’ll still do everything we can to make your return or exchange as smooth (and painless) as possible.

Refused Shipments

Refused deliveries will be refunded minus a 10% re-stocking fee, & the shipping fees are non-refundable for refused shipments—even if it’s within the 14-day return period.

Large or Bulky Items

For heavy or bulky items that require special handling or delivery arrangements, a restocking fee may cover the extra logistics and transportation costs associated with the return.

Final Sale

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
This includes, but is not limited to, clearance items, open-box items, floor models, discounted items, custom-made products, and any items otherwise noted as final sale at the time of purchase.
