Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. “Delivery date” means the day your order is marked Delivered by the carrier (per tracking).
If more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to process a return or exchange.
Additionally, the items must be:
- Unused
- Returned in original packaging
- Include all parts and protective materials (including hardware such as screws)
- Disassembled before return (we cannot accept assembled furniture for return)
If the original packaging is missing or discarded, we may not be able to accept the return or exchange.
We are only able to return and exchange items from the same address that the order was placed with
Fees & Refundability
Restocking fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns. No restocking fee applies to your first approved exchange.
Non-refundable fees: Shipping and service fees are non-refundable, including (but not limited to):
- Express Delivery
- White Glove
- Room of Choice
- Shipping Insurance
Returns Process
Step 1 — Request your return: Email service@zoyahome.com within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2 — Repack and prepare: Please ensure the item is disassembled and repackaged in the original box with all protective materials.
Step 3 — Return processing & refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 24 hours of the return being processed (minus the 10% restocking fee and any non-refundable fees).

Note: Your bank may take a few additional business days to post the refund.
One-Time Free Exchange
We want you to feel confident choosing the right piece for your home.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Your first approved exchange is free of charge.
- No restocking fee applies to your first approved exchange.
- Each eligible item qualifies for one free exchange only.
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method; If the new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference before arranging the exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable forward shipping, return shipping, and handling fees for any additional exchanges or returns after an exchange
Free exchanges may not be available outside our standard delivery area. Please contact service@zoyahome.com to confirm eligibility before moving forward.
All exchange items must meet our return and exchange conditions, including being unused, disassembled, and returned in the original packaging with all parts and protective materials.
As soon as our delivery partner pick up your original item, we’ll ship your replacement right away.
Warranty
Every Zoya Home purchase is backed by our one-year warranty, starting from the day your order is delivered. Just keep your proof of purchase—we’ll take it from there.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If something isn’t right, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.
Please note: Our warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to re-sold items. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper assembly or installation, dragging, drops, or impact, misuse or unintended use of the product, or damage caused by cleaning products or chemicals. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you.
- Email service@zoyahome.com within 2 days of delivery
- Include photos from multiple angles/distances showing the damage to the product and the box/packaging it arrived in
Important: Damage claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused:
- A refund will be issued minus the 10% restocking fee
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the refusal occurs within the 30-day window
- Delays may occur if we do not receive notice that the delivery was refused
Large or Bulky Items
For heavy or bulky items requiring special handling, additional logistics costs may apply.
The restocking fee helps cover the transportation and handling involved in the return.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Final sale includes (but is not limited to):
- Clearance items
- Open-box items
- Floor models
- Discounted items
- Custom-made products
- All orders placed on hold
Any item noted as final sale at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
