Is the delivery time stated accurate?

We’re all about getting your order to you ASAP—often even faster than promised! But hey, life happens—weather, traffic, and other surprises can sometimes shake things up. If there’s a delay, no worries! Our team will keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Why don’t you deliver to my area?

What are the accepted payment methods?

Right now, we accept one form of payment per order at checkout. But no worries! If you need help, our support team is just a message away—we've got your back.

Do you offer financing?

If Zoya Home lowers the price during the applicable sale, we'll refund you the difference! Please note: Any orders placed prior to November 20th, 2025 are not eligible for price matching. 

Delivery

What are the delivery options?

We work with multiple carriers to get your order to you as fast as possible. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow your new favorite piece on its way home! When you are on the checkout page you will be able to see all the shipping options available for your address

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to most locations across both Ontario & Quebec. If you're outside this area, shoot us an email at service@zoyahome.com, and we’ll do our best to find a solution for you.

What will my delivery look like?

Once it’s in the hands of our delivery partners, they’ll give you an estimated arrival time. When it’s go-time, they’ll safely drop off your order at your curbside. Easy, smooth, and stress-free! Curbside is defined as either your front home door, Porch, Building Mailroom or Reception. 

I live in an apartment, a condo, etc. Where will you leave my order?

Our delivery partners will bring your order straight to your concierge, lobby, or loading dock—easy and hassle-free!

How long does it take to get my Zoya product?

We hustle to get your order to you ASAP! Check out the estimated delivery window at checkout for the most accurate timeframe.

Do you deliver outside of Canada?

Not yet—but never say never! We’re always growing, so sign up for our mailing list, and you’ll be the first to know when we expand.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Right now, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date, but we promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Can I reschedule my delivery date?

You can contact your delivery provider through your tracking link, and they’ll help you out. Keep in mind that most partners need to deliver within 3 business days to keep things running smoothly.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yep! Just email us at service@zoyahome.com, and we’ll help you out. If your new address is in a different area, there may be extra delivery charges.

Where can I track my delivery?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Click it to stay updated on your order’s journey straight to your door!

Can you hold onto my order and ship at a later date?

Once an order has been placed, we move as fast as possible to get your order to your doorstep. We are unable to hold onto product or orders.

Can I purchase parts separately?

While we do not sell individual parts, if you receive a damaged item within the claim window just email us at service@zoyahome.com and we will make it right.

Why does the color I see online sometimes look different in person?

Different screens, lighting, and textures can shift the way colors appear. While we do our best to showcase every product accurately, a little variation is totally normal. [Click here to learn more.]

Will the color I receive match other pieces I’ve already purchased?

Every Zoya Home piece is unique and while we do our best to maintain color consistency slight variations can occur between production batches. These differences are normal and contribute to each product’s charm and individuality.

What’s the weight capacity of your furniture?

Our pieces are built for real life including flopping down after a long day or marathon movie sessions. While we don’t list exact weight limits each item is tested for structural integrity and designed for typical home use. [Click here to learn more.]

Are your sofas pet-friendly?

Many of our customers enjoy our pieces with their furry companions. Our imitation leather and performance fabrics are durable and easy to clean. That said, not every piece will work for every pet so please consider your pet’s behavior and habits. [Click here to learn more.]

Can I customize a Zoya Home piece?

How do I take care of my furniture?

Caring for your furniture starts with everyday habits. Use coasters and mats for protection clean spills quickly and avoid harsh chemicals. Each material is unique so be sure to follow specific instructions for wood fabric metal or plastic. [Click here to learn more.]

Can I assemble my Zoya Home product by myself?

Yes. Our designs are made for easy solo assembly. Prefer to relax? You can add white glove assembly service at checkout for an extra fee.

Do I need tools to assemble my Zoya Home product?

No tools required. We include everything you need to make setup quick and easy.

Can I customize a Zoya Home piece?

We currently do not offer customizations. We’re always evolving and would love to hear what you’d like to see in the future.

Do I need to install the anti-tip kit?

Yes, we do! Our showroom is open 7 days a week and you're more than welcome to visit and experience the pieces in person.

Coverage Kick-Off: Your new purchase is backed by a no-sweat, one-year warranty from the moment it lands at your doorstep. Just hang onto your proof of purchase—it's your ticket to peace of mind.

What’s Covered: Our warranty champions your right to awesome furniture by exclusively covering any defects in materials or workmanship. We stand behind our craftsmanship like a superhero behind their cape. Should trouble strike, we'll swoop in with fixes like replacements, repairs, refunds, or even just a hearty handshake and a new piece. Whatever it takes to keep your lair looking great and that beautiful smile on your face.

Handling With Care: Our goods might need assembly. Handle all parts with respect and double-check everything before you break out the tools. Valid part and/or hardware claims must be made PRIOR to assembly. Remember, damages from assembly mishaps aren’t covered.

Claim Your Rights: Inspect your new pieces as soon as they arrive! If you spot any issues, let us know within 2 days of delivery with photos from at least three different angles. Include shots of the box if it was damaged during transport. Our team is poised to right wrongs and flip frowns upside down.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal aging of your furniture, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, impacts or accidents, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials, and stains.
  • Damages resulting from improper assembly or installation.
  • Alterations that transform your item into something entirely different.
  • Misuse of products, such as using your dining chair as a step ladder.
  • Damage from cleaning products.
  • Overexposure to sunlight or using indoor furniture outdoors.

Embrace the Uniqueness of Solid Wood: Each piece is as unique as snowflakes and fingerprints. Normal responses to environmental conditions like humidity may include cracking, warping, or splitting. Follow our care recommendations closely, as neglecting these can void your warranty. Note: all solid wood tables and benches become final 14 days after delivery.

Our warranties are non-transferable and cannot be extended to re-sold items.
