We’re all about getting your order to you ASAP—often even faster than promised! But hey, life happens—weather, traffic, and other surprises can sometimes shake things up. If there’s a delay, no worries! Our team will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
▶ Why don't you deliver to my area?

We know our products are absolutely amazing (and we love that you think so too!). If you’re outside our delivery zone but really want it, reach out to us at service@zoyahome.com. We’ll see what we can do and provide a custom quote just for you!

▶ What are the accepted payment methods?
All available payment methods will pop up at checkout—super easy! Want to break up your payments? Just hit the Affirm button at checkout and get ready for an effortless upgrade to your space.
▶ Can I pay with multiple cards?
Right now, we accept one form of payment per order at checkout. But no worries! If you need help, our support team is just a message away—we've got your back.
▶ Do you offer financing?
Absolutely! With Affirm, you can get an instant financing decision right at checkout. Just hit the "Checkout with Affirm" button and you’re on your way to easy payments!
▶ How to apply? What purchases are eligible?
Applying is a breeze! Just select Affirm at checkout, and if your order is at least $400 before tax and shipping, you’re good to go.
Delivery
▶ What are the delivery options?
We work with multiple carriers to get your order to you as fast as possible. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow your new favorite piece on its way home!
▶ Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to most locations in Ontario and Quebec! If you're outside this area, shoot us an email at service@zoyahome.com, and we’ll do our best to find a solution for you.
▶ What will my delivery look like?
Once it’s in the hands of our delivery partners, they’ll give you an estimated arrival time. When it’s go-time, they’ll safely drop off your order at your curbside. Easy, smooth, and stress-free!
▶ I live in an apartment, a condo, etc.. Where will you leave my order?
Our delivery partners will bring your order straight to your concierge, lobby, or loading dock—easy and hassle-free!
▶ How long does it take to get my Zoya product?
We hustle to get your order to you ASAP! Check out the estimated delivery window at checkout for the most accurate timeframe.
▶ Do you deliver outside of Canada?
Not yet—but never say never! We’re always growing, so sign up for our mailing list, and you’ll be the first to know when we expand.
▶ Can I choose my delivery date?
Right now, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date, but we promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
▶ Can I reschedule my delivery date?
You can contact your delivery provider through your tracking link, and they’ll help you out. Keep in mind that most partners need to deliver within 3 business days to keep things running smoothly.
▶ Can I change my delivery address?
Yep! Just email us at service@zoyahome.com, and we’ll help you out. If your new address is in a different area, there may be extra delivery charges.
▶ Where can I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Click it to stay updated on your order’s journey straight to your door!
▶ Can you hold onto my order and ship at a later date?
Once an order has been placed we move as fast as possible to get your order to your doorstep, we are unable to hold onto product or orders.

Right now, we don’t offer customization—but who knows what the future holds? Stay tuned!

▶ Can I purchase parts separately?
Unfortunately, we don’t sell parts separately, but if you receive a damaged item within the claim window, email us at service@zoyahome.com, and we’ll take care of it!

Nope! We include everything you need—tools and hardware included. Easy peasy.
▶ Where can I find the assembly instructions?
You’ll find a handy instruction booklet inside your package with step-by-step guidance.
▶ Can I assemble my Zoya product by myself?
Absolutely! Our products are designed for easy, solo assembly. But if you'd rather kick back and relax, check out our white-glove service for expert assembly (extra fees apply).
