Des morceaux sont arrivés défectueux de sorte que l’assemblage d’une des deux chaises ne fut pas possible. J’ai prévenu l’entreprise avec photos à l’appui. Hâte de constater si le service est respectueux et efficace. Si tel est le cas, j’ajusterai mon évaluation car la chaise assemblée est tres comfortable.

Le service client de Zoha Home a répondu dès le lendemain matin à mon courriel transmis en soirée la veille.
Une nouvelle chaise doit m’être expédiée aujourd’hui.

These are great quality, sturdy and look luxurious! My daughter bought them and I decided to get them myself. They have a comfortable deep seat which is I found hard to find. I use mine every meal and had them for awhile now and presently show no signs of wear. Great price too!
