A valid payment method or available credit is required to place an order. Please note that website orders will not be placed if the customer's Credit Card is denied.
Some items on our site are sold as sets of two (2) or four (4) and are marked as such on their product pages. These items come in one (1) carton and cannot be sold individually.
Payments & Pricing
As a registered Wholesale Partner at Zoya Home, you will be assigned a business pricing level based on your business model.
Once payment methods have been determined, orders will be packed & prepared for shipping as per the options below.
Credit Card
For Credit Card payments, we accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex & all orders are shipped Prepay.
If a Credit Card Authorization fails at the time of invoicing, we will hold an order for 5 business days while awaiting new payment information. If an updated credit card payment is not submitted within 5 business days, we will cancel the order & a restock fee dollar value or percentage will be added automatically.
Warranty
We hope you’re pleased with everything you purchase from Zoya Home. But we completely understand that things happen & in the unlikely event that your items arrive to you in less than perfect condition, please do not hesitate to follow our claims process by notifying us within 2 days of delivery.
Our manufacturer's limited warranty covers all defects in materials & construction for one year from the product's delivery date.
It is essential for us to note that our limited warranties are non-transferable & are not extended to our As-Is or floor model items or to re-sell or second-hand items. Our warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purposes. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, normal deterioration due to wear, tear & exposure, corrosion, or damage caused by rain, fire, or other acts of nature, or products used for but not listed as commercial-use items, will not be covered by our limited warranty.
Returns and Exchanges
All purchases and sales made with wholesale pricing are final sale. Zoya Home Wholesale does not accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage or defects within 2 days. Purchasing our Products In-Showroom or from zoyahome.com
You can place orders for products with us by following the process outlined on our Site. You acknowledge that by placing an order with us online or in-showroom you will be under obligation to pay for the products once your order is accepted. It is essential to take time to read & check your order at each stage of your ordering process. All online orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you your order confirmation by e-mail after receiving your order. This will constitute acceptance by us. We will charge your chosen payment method after we accept your order. Unfortunately, we cannot stop an order once it has been dispatched for delivery.
We reserve the right, without notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. The verification of your information may be required before accepting any order & includes the collection of personal information that will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Your Personal Information
As a retail & wholesale business, we may gather from our customers direct, non-public, personal information for our Wholesale Program & when orders are placed from our online store zoyahome.com. Zoya Home defines “personal information” as information unique to the individual, such as contact, personal email, billing information, name & phone numbers. Your information will be updated when necessary to keep it complete without fault.
Your Account & Password
If you use zoyahome.com, you are responsible for maintaining your account & password's confidentiality & restricting access to your company profile or computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Our Liability to You
Our products are designed for residential use unless otherwise stated. We do not make any guarantees or warranties about their performance in a commercial environment. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or business opportunity loss.

Jurisdiction, Applicable Law & Resolving Disputes
The terms of this Agreement are governed by the laws of Canada, the United States (including Federal Arbitration Law), without regard to its principles of conflicts of law & regardless of your location. All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or any aspect of the relationship between you & Zoya Home, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, will be resolved through final & binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator instead of in a court by a judge or jury & you agree that you & Zoya Home are each waiving the right to trial by a jury. You agree that any arbitration under this Agreement will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitration & class actions are not permitted. You agree to give up the ability to participate in a class action.
For Individuals Residing in Canada
You consent to agree to every single law & regulation that is applicable & pertaining to your utilization of your procurance of items & services through zoyahome.com & our showroom locations. Any infraction of the Terms & Conditions will be regulated by Canadian & Quebecois laws without any respect to any contention of law arrangements of your residential area or location. We may report infringement related to the concordance to the proper governing representatives. You and zoyahome.com each consent to the individual & sole jurisdiction of the courts within Canada and Quebec.
Transfer of our Rights
We may & are obliged to transfer our rights & obligations under our contract with you to another organization. We will do our best to notify you in writing when & if this happens. This will in no way affect your rights or our obligations under the contract.
