Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Zoya Home, we keep delivery simple, transparent, and on your terms. Choose the level of service that fits your vibe:

1. Curbside Delivery – $39 Flat Rate

Our standard option. We’ll deliver your order right to your curb, driveway, or building entrance.

- One flat rate. No minimums.

- You’ll be responsible for bringing the items inside and setting them up.

2. Room of Choice Delivery – $99

Want it inside? We got you.

- We’ll carry your items into any room of your choice — upstairs, downstairs, wherever you want them.

- No unboxing or assembly included. Just safe placement, your way.

3. White Glove Delivery – $199

The full-service treatment.

- We’ll bring it in, unpack it, assemble it, and place it exactly where you want.

- All packaging? Gone. We’ll take it with us.

We’re a delivery-only operation. All orders are shipped directly to your address — no local pickup at this time.

Once we ship your order, our delivery partners will hit you up with an estimated arrival date—so you’ll always know when to expect your order. Plus, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. No surprises, just happy delivery days!

Delivery Area

Drop-Off Details

Our delivery partners will safely drop off your order at the curbside of your residence—no heavy lifting for them or you! If you need a different delivery setup, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it work. We got you!

Delivery to Your Building or Condo

Living in a building? No problem! Our delivery partners will drop off your order at the concierge, lobby, or loading dock—whatever works best for your building setup. Easy, breezy, and hassle-free!

I need to make changes to my order

Changed your mind or need to tweak something? No worries—if your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to service@zoyahome.com, and we’ll happily make updates!

Once your order has left our warehouse, though, it’s officially on its way, and we won’t be able to make any changes. So double-check those details, and we’ll handle the rest!

How long does shipping take?

Here’s how your new home upgrade makes its way to you

- Order Processing – We don’t waste time! Your order gets packed and shipped within 2 business days—because waiting is overrated.

Delivery Time – Our delivery partners hustle to get your order to you within 3-7 business days. Before you know it, your space will be looking fantastic

Tracking Updates – The moment your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can stalk your package every step of the way (no shame, we do it too).


Its been longer than 7 business days and still no order?

If it’s been more than 7 business days and your order hasn’t arrived, don’t worry—we’ve got your back! Reach out to us at service@zoyahome.com, and we’ll work quickly to figure out what’s going on and get your order to you ASAP.

I missed my delivery, now what?

Life is full of surprises, and we totally understand. If you need to reschedule your delivery, just reach out to us, and we’ll happily find a new date for you!

Please note: Rescheduling needs to happen 1-2 days after the missed delivery, or storage fees may apply. We’ll make sure everything goes smoothly!

Can I choose my delivery date and time?

At the moment, we unfortunately don’t have the capacity to schedule deliveries on an exact day. But don’t worry! We’re always working hard to expand our service levels and options with our delivery partners to make things easier for you in the future. Thanks for your patience!

What does curbside delivery mean?

Our delivery partners will bring your order right to the curbside of your residence. If you live in a townhome or single-family home, it’ll be dropped off near your driveway. If you're in a building, your order will be delivered to the concierge, loading dock, or lobby—wherever works best for your setup.

Can you bring my order up to my door?

Right now, our delivery partners can only drop off your order at the curbside. But don’t worry—we’re always working on improving our service!  Sign up for our newsletter, and you’ll be the first to know when we roll out new delivery options.

How does shipping insurance work?

Our delivery partners are absolutely amazing, but hey—life happens! If your order arrives damaged, don’t stress. Our shipping insurance will cover it, ensuring a replacement is sent to you as fast as possible. It’s like peace of mind, so you can enjoy your product just as it was meant to be!
