I ordered 4 of these stools to replace some bulky faux leather ones. I like the clean, sleek lines of these stools much better. They took some time to put together, about 30 mins/stool but are well constructed, sturdy and comfortable. I’m a bit worried about spills and stains on the light coloured fabric so I’m considering adding a stain guard to the cushions.

Hello! Super fast delivery, smooth assembly, and they look darn fabulous. Small thing. The screws become loose quite quickly. Have tightened them up 3 times in the recent weeks.
Any tips on how to keep them snug?

I purchased these stools for a new home build and was quite excited to find a stylish and cost-effective solution.
At first, the product looked great, with high-quality upholstery fabric and wood without nicks or scratches.
As I assembled them, which took a minute or two, but nothing serious, I noticed that the legs were slightly different lengths. We are talking 2-3 mm in difference, which felt minor, until I stood it up - wobble - wobble - wobble.
Ok, it's wood, I get it, it's not perfect. So, I loosened all the screws, played with it, sat on it, did everything I could to get them level, with minimal results. The only way I could make it sit flat on a concrete floor was to add felt to some leg bottoms and not to others. My work-around worked, but a sub par experience.
I messaged the company, and they responded very quickly and shared that it is a common issue and will be resolved with use. They did offer a warranty if the issue was not resolved over time.
All in all, the product was good, especially for the price point. Do not be surprised if you have a wobble after assembly; as for resolving it over time, we shall see.
